    Before submitting your report please check your main breaker. Physically reset your main breaker in your panel box by turning it off and back on - even if it is showing ON.

    If you’re on a farm or acreage your main breaker might be on a power pole or pedestal. To reset the breaker, pull the ring (size of your finger) down and up again.
