Mitchell Holash is a partner in the law firm of Holash Logue McCullagh in Prince Albert. He was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1984.
In addition to his role with the SaskPower Board of Directors, Holash is chairman of the Alfred Jenkins Field House Project, founding director of the Saskatchewan Health Excellence Awards and the Wanisca First Nations Arts Festival and trustee for the Saskatchewan Foundation for the Arts.
He was named Prince Albert's Citizen of the Year in 2003. He was also awarded the Community Development Award by the Saskatchewan Association of Community Planners in 2004, the Saskatchewan Centennial Medal in 2005 and the Lieutenant Governor's Saskatchewan Volunteer Medal in 2006.
Other achievements for Holash include serving as the chairman of the Saskatchewan Police Commission from 2008 to 2009 and as a professional representative on Saskatchewan Justice's Northern Justice Review Committee from 2006 to 2008.
