Jim Diotte
Vice-President, Human Resources, Communications and Safety
Jim Diotte joined SaskPower as Vice-President of Human Resources in May 2011. Shortly after his arrival, he assumed responsibility for Safety. Communications also became part of his portfolio in February 2012.
Prior to joining SaskPower, Diotte served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Redknee Solutions Inc., a global software company, and Director, Human Resources at Dell Canada. Over the course of his career, he has held positions with Stelco, George Weston and Pepsi in labour relations, compensation and organizational development.
Diotte has a degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University, and is a member of both the Society for Human Resource Management and Institute of Corporate Directors.
Jim and his wife, Sandra, have two teenage children.
