Cheryl Bauer Hyde Certified Financial Planner, Regina, Saskatchewan

Cheryl Bauer Hyde is a Certified Financial Planner who provides financial planning services through her own company and through Tyler & Associates Financial Services. Ms. Bauer Hyde, who has achieved designation as a Fellow of the Credit Union Institute of Canada, has held positions with Credit Union Central of Saskatchewan and Prince Albert Credit Union.

Ms. Bauer Hyde also serves as vice-chair for the Financial Planners Standards Council (FPSC), as an FPSC delegate to the International Council of the Financial Planner Standards Board, and as a Trustee for the province’s Community Initiatives Fund. Previously, she was a member of the Board of Directors for the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Arts and Technology (SIAST) and is a past Chair of both the Financial Advisors Association of Canada (Advocis) and the Canadian Association of Financial Planners. She has served as president of both SaskCulture and the Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils, and as a member of the Board of Directors for Access Communications.

Ms. Bauer Hyde resides in Regina. She was appointed to SaskPower’s Board of Directors in 2004.
