Human Resources

Positions with this team are responsible for a variety of duties including, but not limited to: consulting with other business units, administering employee compensation and benefits, conducting collective bargaining, maintaining union relationships and recruiting new employees.

Ideal candidate

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, commerce, human resource management, adult education and other related disciplines.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
• A continuing record of professional development
• Prior experience in a human resources role

• The ability to facilitate training for employees
• Proficiency with computer software
