Positions with this team are responsible for a variety of duties including, but not limited to: consulting with other business units, administering employee compensation and benefits, conducting collective bargaining, maintaining union relationships and recruiting new employees.
Ideal candidate
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, commerce, human resource management, adult education and other related disciplines.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
- A continuing record of professional development
- Prior experience in a human resources role

- Attention to accuracy and detail
- The ability to facilitate training for employees
- Proficiency with computer software
