Engineering Technologist
Technologists within an assigned work group and activities are related to long-range engineering planning, design, construction, and the operation system facilities.
There are various types of technologist positions, including Civil Engineering, CADD, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
Ideal candidate
- A diploma in related discipline from an accredited educational institution
- Eligible for certification as an Applied Science Technologist by the Saskatchewan Applied Science Technologists and Technicians (SASTT)
- A valid class 5 Driver's Licence

- Demonstrated ability to make decisions
- Ability to analyze and interpret plans, drawings, specifications and standards
- Effective written an verbal communications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to document data accurately
- Working knowledge of computers and various software applications
