Summer jobs

In today's world, more and more employers are looking for employees with the right combination of education and experience. Through our Summer Student Program, students gain valuable work experience and financial resources that will help with the return to school. SaskPower gains an eager employee with fresh perspectives.

If you're a post-secondary student currently enrolled in an educational institution on a full-time basis and registered to attend in the fall, you are eligible for our program. Positions are posted from December through to February of the following year. Hiring decisions are typically made in March and April.

We hire an average of 60 students each year to support various areas of our company including administration, accounting, CAD drafting, science, electrical engineering technology and engineering. Both field and office positions are available in locations throughout the province.
