SaskPower's Clean Coal™ Project represents a natural progression from SaskPower's Green Power Portfolio (GPP) and 2007 Supply Decision.

Most recently, the 150-megawatt (MW) Centennial Wind Power Facility was commissioned in southwestern Saskatchewan. The largest operating wind power facility in Canada, its 83 turbines can produce enough electricity to serve 64,000 homes. Wind accounts for approximately 5% of the province's total generation capacity, one of the highest percentages in the country.
