All requests for new electrical service require the submission of a site plan. With the exception of the oil field site plan, all site plans must be faxed in to the business office closest to the location of the request.
The requirements of your site plan depend on which type of service you are requesting. All site plans should be drawn on the Site Plan Template.
Download the template, print it off, draw your site plan and fax it in.
