Notes on E31, E32 and E33 rates
The E31 (25 kilovolt [kV]) and E32 (138 kV) rates are not totalized and apply to the city of Swift Current. The E33 (138 kV) rate is totalized and applies to the city of Saskatoon.
Recorded demand
- The monthly recorded demand shall be the greater of the maximum kilovoltampere (kVA) demand registered between the hours of 07:00 to 22:00 hours Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays, or
- 70 per cent of the maximum kVA demand registered at any other time during the current month
Billing demand
The monthly billing demand shall be the monthly recorded demand, but the billing demand shall not be less than 65 per cent of the maximum billing demand in the preceding 11 months.
