What are these rates for?
For large commercial and industrial loads served through customer-owned transformation as an alternative to SaskPower Supplied Transformation—Standard Rates.
Recorded demand—The monthly recorded demand shall be the maximum kVA demand registered during the current month
Billing demand—The monthly billing demand shall be the monthly recorded demand but the billing demand shall not be less than 75 per cent of the maximum billing demand in the preceding 11 months.
