What are these rates for?
For individual oil and gas production and in-field oil pumping and processing service stations where the customer provides meter readings between SaskPower meter readings.
- These rates apply to individually metered pumping or compression services moving "pipeline quality" oil and gas from the batteries (or gas equivalent) up to and including refineries and gas plants.
Billing demand—The maximum kilovolt ampere (kVA) demand registered during the current month, but shall not be less than 60 per cent of the maximum demand registered in the preceding 11 months.
