What are these rates for?
For individual oil and gas production and "in-field" oil pumping and processing services served through customer-owned transformation as an alternative to Oil Field—Standard Rates.
Note: General service rates will apply to individually metered pumping or compression services moving "pipeline quality" oil and gas from the batteries (or gas equivalent) up to and including refineries and gas plants.
Recorded demand—The monthly recorded demand shall be the maximum kilovolt ampere (kVA) demand registered during the current month.
Billing demand—The monthly billing demand shall be the monthly recorded demand, but the billing demand will not be less than 75 per cent of the maximum billing demand in the preceding 11 months.
