What are these rates for?
For individual oil and gas production and "in-field" oil pumping and processing services served through customer-owned transformation as an alternative to Oil Field—Standard Rates and Oilfield - 25/72/138 kV rates.
Note: General service rates will apply to individually metered pumping or compression services moving "pipeline quality" oil and gas from the batteries (or gas equivalent) up to and including refineries and gas plants.
Recorded demand —The monthly recorded demand shall be the maximum kVA demand registered during the current month.
Billing demand—The monthly billing demand shall be the monthly recorded demand but the billing demand shall not be less than 75 per cent of the maximum billing demand in the preceding 11 months.
On-peak energy consumption—The monthly energy consumed between the hours of 7:00 to 22:00 hours Monday through Friday excluding statutory holidays.
Off-peak energy consumption —The monthly energy consumed in all hours except for the on-peak hours.

Minimum bill— The basic monthly charge plus the demand charge.
