What are these rates for?
To metered non-residential and non-farm loads greater than 75 kilovolt amperes (kVA) served through SaskPower-supplied transformation and to which no other rates apply.
Up to 75 kVA—For loads up to and including 75 kVA refer to Small Commercial - Urban and Rural Rates
Recorded demand
- The maximum kVA demand registered during the current month, or
- For services with approved time-of-day metering, the greater of the maximum kVA demand registered between the hours of 07:00 to 22:00 Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays or 70 per cent of the maximum kVA demand registered at any other time during the current month.

Minimum bill—The basic monthly charge plus $3.73/kVA of the maximum recorded demand over 50 kVA registered over the past 11 months.
