Changes to banking information

It's important to notify SaskPower if there are any changes in your banking information, or if you cancel the plan, at least four days in advance of your payment date to allow us time to stop the withdrawal.

  1. Complete an application  and mail it to the address on the form or bring it to a customer service office with a VOID cheque issued from a Canadian bank (chequing or savings account only).
  2. We'll arrange with your financial institution to transfer the amount owing from your bank account to SaskPower.
  3. We'll continue to send you your bill so you can verify the amount of your payment and the date it will be withdrawn from your bank account.
  4. Cancel your pre-authorized payments at any time by notifying us in writing, in person or by phone at least four business days before your payment date to allow us time to stop the withdrawal.
