How it works

Paying consolidated accounts

Use your consolidated statement account number when paying accounts under consolidated billing. Return only the remittance stub on the consolidated statement with your payment. Pay your consolidated accounts:

Consolidated billing for Oilfield customers

Due to differences in how your bills are processed, consolidated billing for our oilfield customers differs as follows:

Statement detail – Your consolidated statement show totals only. It does not itemize costs associated with each individual account. You still receive individual bills for each account as supporting information for your records.

PST – Your consolidated statement shows GST and PST as a separate item

File format – If you choose to receive your statement on diskette or via electronic file, it will come in Customer Utility Billing System (CUBS) format.

Statement dates – Your statement will be issued after the 26th of the month.

Payment due dates – If you receive a paper statement, payment is due 25 days after the statement is issued. If you receive a statement on diskette or via email, payment is due 15 days after the statement is issued.
