For best performance, access MyPower Account with:

Internet Explorer 6.x
Adobe Reader 7.x (free download)
Microsoft Windows XP platform

If you have technical problems using MyPower Account with the recommended software,
call 1-888-SKPOWER (757-6937).

The following browsers have been tested and should work correctly:

Mozilla Firefox 2.x using Windows
Apple Safari using Mac OS X
Netscape Navigator 9.x using Windows

However, we are unable to provide technical support for these products.

The following browsers and operating systems have not been tested and we cannot
guarantee performance:

Windows Vista

Internet Explorer 7.x
Mozilla Firefox 2.x using Mac OS X

In all instances, you’ll also need Adobe Flash Player 9.x (free download), and
JavaScript must be turned on.

Minimum screen resolution for optimum viewing is 800x600.

Are you connecting from a network or from work?

Permissions for a network are set by your network administrator, which may not allow you to connect to secure sites. Please contact your network administrator if you are having problems signing in.

Having problems viewing your current bill or any of your past bills?

Images of your current and past bills should pop-up in separate windows. Pop-up windows
might be blocked by your browser settings. Please turn off your pop-up blocker to see your bills.
