Wood Gasification
SaskPower has an agreement with Zelensky
Brothers Sawmill to use their site near La Ronge, Saskatchewan for a potential
wood gasification unit. This would involve the use of wood residue to produce
heat and electricity. Due to technical difficulties associated with
the original gasifier technology this project is on hold.
