SaskPower utilizes a competitive process to procure most goods and services. This section includes information on current tenders and request for proposals.

Requests for Information (0)

The purpose of a RFI is to gather general supplier or product information. It may be used when we are searching for a solution or material but have not yet determined its ideal characteristics.

Requests for Qualifications (1)

The purpose of a RFQ is to gather information on supplier capabilities and qualifications, with the intention of creating a list of pre-qualified suppliers. It may be used either to identify qualified candidates in advance of expected future competitions or to narrow the field for an immediate requirement.

Large-scale Generation Tenders

Building on the growing interest from the private sector in building electrical generation facilities in Saskatchewan, we are exploring new opportunities for private ownership or investment in new generation facilities in the provice.
