APPLICABILITY: To individual oil and gas production and "in-field" oil pumping and processing services.

NOTE: General Service rates will apply to individually metered pumping or compression services moving "pipeline quality" oil and gas from the batteries (or gas equivalent) up to and including refineries and gas plants.

Billing Demand - The billing demand shall be the maximum kV.A demand registered in the applicable four-month period, but shall not be less than 60% of the maximum demand registered in the preceding 11 months.
