APPLICABILITY: To the Cities of Swift Current and Saskatoon.
Note: The E31 (25kV) and E32 (138kV) rates are not totalized and apply to the City of Swift Current. The E33 (138kV) rate is totalized and applies to the City of Saskatoon.
Recorded Demand - The monthly recorded demand shall be the greater of the maximum kV.A demand registered between the hours of 07:00 to 22:00 hours Monday through Friday excluding statutory holidays or 60% of the maximum kV.A demand registered at any other time during the current month.
Billing Demand - The monthly billing demand shall be the monthly Recorded Demand but the billing demand shall not be less than 65% of the maximum billing demand in the preceding 11 months.
