APPLICABILITY: To unmetered miscellaneous loads for which the electrical consumption will be constant or predictable. Examples of this type of load are rest room lighting, traffic warning lights, telephone booths, school warning lights, decorative lighting, automatic railroad crossing protection, highway traffic counters, and traffic lights. Not applicable to Cable Television power supply units and rectifiers.
