• indicates acceptance of SaskPower's quotation
• purchases electrical permit

SaskPower:

• designs project
• issues quotation
• obtains any needed easement approvals
• obtains crossing approvals
• conducts environmental screening
• completes construction
• conducts electrical inspection
• energizes, operates and maintains service
