The Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) facility at Boundary Dam Power Station captured 81,417 tonnes of CO2 in June. The facility was online 99.4 per cent of the month coming offline for four hours due to a faulty valve on the compressor. The peak one-day capture rate was 2,851 tonnes. The average daily capture rate was 2,714 tonnes per day -- 706 tonnes per day higher than in May.
