Saskatoon customer service office temporarily closed

On January 22nd, the Saskatoon customer service office at 320 22nd Street East experienced a water main break which caused extensive flooding and damage to the building. To avoid risk to employees and customers the building has now been closed.

A temporary SaskPower cashiering office is located at 1370 Fletcher Road. Please note that service is limited at this location.

Saskatoon area customers can also pay their power bills in the following ways:

• Sign-up for our Pre-authorized Payment Plan. Through the plan your bill payments are automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month – no stamps, no standing in line, no hassles.
• Many local financial institutions offer telephone and online banking options for your convenience.
• At SaskEnergy – 408 36th Street East. Office hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. 
• At SaskTel – Scotia Centre, 123 – 2nd Avenue South. Office hours: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday (open until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday).

Please expect longer than average wait times due to the increased number of customers visiting these locations.
