The energy of business is behind our business of energy. Most positions require post-secondary education. Professional designations and accreditation are a plus. These jobs are primarily based at our head office in Regina.
- Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs
Analyze customers' needs, create communication strategies, interact with the media or spread the word about new services. Wherever your communication brilliance lies, you'll help SaskPower succeed.
- Human Resources
Help build career and leadership programs, recruit the best and brightest, maintain positive relations with our two unions or conduct compensation and benefits research and analysis. Most of these jobs require a university degree and all require excellent interpersonal skills.
- Information Technology
Technology wizards are always needed at SaskPower to maintain hardware, software and work with our business areas to create solutions. Most positions require a university degree and strong analytical skills.
- Legal
Protect SaskPower rights and property with your legal and contract expertise. We look for members of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, and consider a background in commercial litigation, land law and corporate-commercial transactions to be an asset.
- Finance and Accounting
Our financial team needs treasurers, financial consultants, accountants and auditors. Education, training and skills vary depending upon the role; however, our ideal candidates have a university degree, previous experience in their chosen field and a continuing record of professional development.
- Energy Trading
Market and trade Saskatchewan-generated electricity across markets in North America and purchase energy to cover shortfalls. An ideal candidate will have a university degree and excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
