Our Corporate Pillars
Within our corporate planning cycle, SaskPower identifies the pillars necessary to further strengthen our foundation for success.
NorthPoint Energy Solutions Inc.
A SaskPower wholly-owned subsidiary, NorthPoint is involved in electrical energy marketing and trading, risk and contract management, and market settlement activity.
Created in response to the SaskPower Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) offering, which allows eligible users access to our transmission system to transport electricity to our wholesale customers or wheel power across the province to other jurisdictions, NorthPoint operates an electrical energy trading desk 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
