    Customer Assurance Permit Request

    When submitting your request, please provide us a minimum of:

  • 48 hours notice for all customers not on tie-lines
  • 15 days notice for all customers on tie-lines
  • If you’re opening and closing a customer owned switch at different times of day, please submit 2 Customer Assurance Permit requests:

  • 1 request to open
  • 1 request to close
