Plan, design and construct equipment and technology to help us power Saskatchewan's future. These positions require post-secondary education. Professional designations and accreditation are a plus.

SaskPower engineers provide the technical expertise required to keep our operations running smoothly, including our coal, hydro and wind facilities, equipment and apparatus.

Engineering positions are based at our head office in Regina and throughout the province. All require an engineering degree in a specific field, such as Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial or Civil Systems. Our engineers are futuristic thinkers, highly motivated team players and experts at solving problems.

The Engineer-in-training program provides new engineers with a chance to be mentored by experienced SaskPower professional engineers.

Engineers in training are exposed to multiple engineering roles and projects through annual work rotations. New engineers stay in the program until they find permanent positions within the company.
