Chatting About Nuclear in SK – What We Heard

April 26, 2022

A field with power lines

Conversations began last year with the public on our nuclear power from small modular reactors project. Curious citizens from all over Saskatchewan attended over 14 public information sessions and First Nations Power Authority engagement events in 2021.

We thank all those who participated, gave honest feedback and asked insightful questions.

Today, we’re happy to share summary reports from both the public information sessions and First Nations Power Authority events.

Check out more highlights from the public sessions.

There's more work to do

The conversation is nowhere near over and there’s still lots of work to do. This is simply what we’ve heard so far. We’re committed to ongoing, meaningful engagement through the planning phases of this nuclear power from small modular reactors project.

We encourage anyone who is interested to join us at future information sessions. No prior knowledge is needed and all levels of understanding are welcome! For information on upcoming events, visit our What We’ve Heard So Far webpage.

Looking forward to continuing the conversation!
