Electrical Service Request

New service connections include requests for farm, rural, resort, First Nations, subdivision, oilfield or commercial services as well as street lighting requests.

Changing an existing service connection applies to changes in capacity, adding a back up generator or relocating facilities.

Net metering provides users with the opportunity to generate their own power up to 100 kilowatts (kW). Ensure you have a good understanding of the Net Metering Program before applying.

Pre-Serviced lot requests are for residential new service connections only. Not all residential services are pre-serviced and will be determined by SaskPower only.

This request is for municipal roads and highways. If requesting yard or pathway lights please select Commercial service.

This request is for office buildings, large retail stores, malls and large residential properties like apartment buildings.

This request is for areas of land that are being subdivided for multiple residential or commercial properties.

This request is for power use for oil and gas production.

This request is for farms, resort communities and rural subdivisions with normal household and/or agricultural use.

This request is for residential services located within First Nation communities.
